Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Customs, duties, and taxes: Saltwater Stitch Needlepoint Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by country)

Digital Downloads Digital PDF patterns are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and are not subject to shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@saltwaterstitchndlpt.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
